yeah it's a tricky one. i think its reassuring if you don't realise you're pregnant and when you do you go back and count every glass of wine you drank and get all panicked about it - which is probably worse for the baby!
there's not much research that says small amounts of alcohol do any harm but hopefully mums are sensible and realise that a glass of champagne at a wedding is fine but shots of tequila at the weekend are most definitely not!
Not sure about this at all. I don't really think people should be saying that any drinking whilst pregnant is safe as it will give some people licence to get drunk and not worry about it.
