  • Sadly I don't think you are alone in thinking babysyle dont care.  I bought a travel system and within less than 6 months the handle has started to perish (wear away) .   They are refusing to replace this under the warranty despite trading standards and consumer guidelines advising that an item should be fit for purpose. and quite clearly stating that at the very least a repair should be offered. The handle you would think being an integral part of the buggy, as this is what is required to be used each time.
