Could someone tell me my rights as a full time contract member of staff?
I am on a rolling 3 month contract and have been since January 2010.
Am I entitled to any maternity leave or pay? I am due in September. It is likely that my contract would be extended to June but then I think they'll let me go in order to get out of paying maternity pay.
