Talkback: How do I do 'out and about' feeding?

Replies

  • I take a bag of food wherever we go. I always carry a plastic tub of cut up fruit or grapes/blueberries. Some finger foods - sandwiches, sweet potato wedges or carrot sticks, water or drink and a pouch or cartoon of food just in case. Now Annabel is 14 months she often shares what I have, but this isn't always possible so we have an emergency packed lunch for wherever we go!! lol

One tip I have is too carry antibacterial wipes, as lets face it, some of the high-chairs provided by restaurants can be pretty grim. Annabel actually almost fell out of one once, it was pretty scary, so yes always check you know how to secure them as they all differ.
