As and NCT sale organiser I would just like to point out that there are 2 types of nearly new sale. This article talks about the traditional commission based sales where everything is laid out by an army of volunteers. Many branches now run table top sales where the sellers pay for a table and sell direct to the buyers. Although items are not grouped by age and size etc, you can often barter with the sellers, get instructions about how things work and leave large purchases to be picked up when you are ready to leave.
