The car seat in the photo is fitted incorrectly. The lap belt goes over the baby's lap and the diagonal belt goes around the back of the seat. If you're writing an article on child safety at least get your photo right!
I know this is old, but parents could easily see that and think it's safe to use, when in reality the seat would be launched free of the seat belt of out of the window/through the windscreen.
