My 2year old son enjoys playing with cars and trains just as much as pushing around his baby and playing kitchens. Even though im a younger mum I dont see any problem in what children like to play with
my daughter ( 29 years ago) got a garage and cars for her Christmas because that is what she wanted, and her wee brother got a doll and buggy for his 3rd birthday cos he loved baba's as he called them, his doll even had a name Nicola, and funnily enough at 28 he has been with a Nicola for 8 years.
In todays world men are expected to cook and wash dishes, push buggies and change nappies, women cut the grass and top up the oil and water in a car, there are no longer his jobs and her jobs
