  I totally understand where she is coming from. I have a similar stomach but mine is partly caused by being too fat, partly caused by being apple shaped and my fat being stored there, and partly caused by pregnancy. I hate it, it controls my life, stops me from doing things I want to do and makes buying clothes almost impossible. If she wants the surgery and can't afford it herself, why not crowdfund for it? If people think it isn't worth their money or help then they don't need to donate to it.
