    Is it okay and safe to rub vicks on belly during pregnancy, I feel so bloated everyday and rubbing Vicks helps me and calm my belly down. But I am worried if it will affect the baby's development.

    Hi MaryBe. Thanks for your comment. We know it's fine to rub Vicks on your chest, throat and/or back but we don't have any specific info about rubbing it on your pregnant belly, we're afraid. Our expert GP is currently in hospital, so we're unable to check with her right now. We'd suggest that you ask your own midwife or GP, just to be on the safe side. Hope the bloating eases soon!

    Hi! How is it safe if it has camphor? I’ve read that camphor is not safe for pregnancy. Thanks
