  • Oooh, how exciting, jojo32.

I have three boys, so I know what you mean about struggling with names - somehow our boys' names shortlist was always about a quarter as long as our girls' names shortlist!

I've got a Ben, a Tom and an Ed - all quite traditonal and not at all unusual.

Are you looking for unusual names? Modern names? Old-fashioned names? Are they any names you've already ruled out?

We've actually got a special topic for Baby names (hurrah!) so we're going to move this thread there now.

Hope you get lots of suggestions!

  • Oscar

    charlie

    elliott

  • Thanks Helen, I'm looking for quite an unusual name, my girls r holly and willow, thanks jpismith.x

  • Ooh, ok. I'm rubbish at this - Mrs Trad, that's me!

But I'm going to rattle off the most unusual boys' names I've heard recently: how about River? Or Caleb? Rufus? Aaron? Gabriel? Conrad? Tyrian? Titus?

    Any good?

  • Cillian/Killian

    Gryf/Griff

Rowan (would fit in nicely with Holly and Willow as it is also a type of tree)

    Alder*

    Linden*

    (*also tree names)

    :)

  • Quite like Gabriel and rowan is nice but last name riley so too many r's maybe.x

  • How about Callum? They roll off the tongue together well :)

  • We have decided on Flynn, not everyone's taste who iv mentioned it too but can't please everyone, thanks for posts.x
