spots ???

Hi mum's !!

I bathed my baby boy tonight and noticed 2 spots on his back one nearer his bottom which looks very much like a flea bite spot and the other nearer his shoulder blade which looks like a white head, can anyone tell me what this may be, should I be worried ?

I personally wouldn't be worried unless they spread. James has had a few odd spots here and there, usually due to heat. I usually just put a dab of aqueous cream or something on it. Usually it had gone within a few days.

Others might have a different opinion though. xx
