Narrow Stair Gate...

Hi, Wondering if anyone can help me, baby is about to start crawling any day now and i need to get some stairgates for my very narrow and steep stairs, most stairgates seem to have a minimum measurement of about 75cm, but my stairs are only about 68cm wide!anyone else found a decent stairgate for narrow stairs?

also, are you meant to have a different type of stairgate at the top than the bottom?
