PUPP after birth

Has anyone suffered with PUPP after birth? If so any tips on how to deal with the itching/rash?
After the birth of my little girl I started to get a itchy tummy which had a rash on which quickly spread down my legs, back and tops of my arms. The midwife confirmed it on saturday and have been given piriton and some cream but it is still itchy and I haven't noticed an improvement yet.
