advice,wont go in cot???

  what do you do when you put her down, do you have a routine?at the mo i sit next to the cot with our youngest and we used retreat with our oldest

  we do, we dont have routine as in set times, i go her cues. but at nap/bedtime i take her in room,dark,grow bag on, on my shoulder/lap for 5 mins,sing song or talk gently for 5 minds then place in cot,shhh/pat to sleep or in my arms doing that if she is really upset.
