help!!!!

hi i`m new to this  and needhelp !!!!!! .. i took a preganancy test a couple of days ago and had a negative response , i took the test because i started feeling bloated having headaches and back aches and feeling sick at night i have now had some bleeding but seems to have stopped but only bled for a day or so  and its a week before my due period could i be pregnant ????
