Pregnant after Ectopic

Im new to this site,hope someone would be able to put my mind at rest. Back in september 2011 had a miscarried, december 2011 ectopic pregnancy treated by methotrexate.Since this time try to concieve and horaa its happend december 2012. Now Im on my 5 week of pregnancy and worry so much.With my first ectopic had straight bleeding now its completely diferent, no any signs of bleeding ,no pains ,no morning sicknes just slight pain to the boobs.Have an early scan on 23 january - worry so much. Did any of you go through this and go on to have a healthy pregnancy?Help me ....some advice doctor sad Im on high risk to have another one.
