Hello, I am Ellick from Hong Kong, father of a 6 months old daughter.
Recently, almost all local parents can hardly buy baby formula milk powder in drugstores and supermarkets, as smugglers from mainland China storm to this tiny city to buy milk powder and resell for huge profits in mainland. Many retailers stockpiled milk powder and are reluctant to sell to local parents as the shops can sell their stocks in big cartons to mainland smuggler for huge profits.
Countires like Germany, the Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand have also been affected by those Chinese smugglers.
Despite the situation becomes worser everyday, our Hong Kong Government, supported by the PRC Government, did nothing to improve our situation.
Nowadays, our babies are facing malnutrition disaster and we request for international support, care and assistance.
