large baby girl

went to our baby girls 9 month appt. today and they told us she was 23 1/2 inches tall and 27.6 lbs. the dr. said that they need to watch her height for the possibility of too much growth hormone. Anyone else out there have a big girl? If so let me know what you think.

I don't have a large baby and haven't had one before, but when my brother was a baby (way back in the day) he was very large and the doctor had said the same things about him, but he turned out to be just fine. Hope that this helps!

every baby is different they just go by the book. my daughter is 3 and they say shes really tall and skinny only 28lb but me and hubby both slim and hub tall. our 4boys the same. im sure your daughter is just fine...................... 26weeks pregnant pink bump x
