Hi Ladies, when did you start working out after Baby was born? What type of class do you attend? And do you find Baby is allowed to come with you?
I did a zumba class last week & loved it but was told yesterday in my post natal class, that was taken by a physio, that you shouldn't do any high impact classes (including zumba) until 4-6 months after birth. They recommended swimming, walking & pilates. I didn't take my son along but I know many classes where you can. I've even heard of classes recently that are run alongside soft play sessions which is perfect for toddlers!
