Exercising With Baby

Hi Ladies, when did you start working out after Baby was born? What type of class do you attend? And do you find Baby is allowed to come with you?

  • I did a zumba class last week & loved it but was told yesterday in my post natal class, that was taken by a physio, that you shouldn't do any high impact classes (including zumba) until 4-6 months after birth. They recommended swimming, walking & pilates. I didn't take my son along but I know many classes where you can. I've even heard of classes recently that are run alongside soft play sessions which is perfect for toddlers!
