Had chlamydia unsure for how long

I'm afraid I am going to have fertility issues I don't know why. I could have had the virus for as long as 2 years and was treated as soon as I found out. Then got it again and was treated again. I'm only 19 and am clean and trying for month 4 it seems impossible and I'm freaking out. Should I get the tests that cost thousands of dollars out of pocket or am I ok? Really hoping I can conceive very soon. positive stories and thoughts?
