6 Month baby , 10 hour flight -travelling alone HELP

So I'll be travelling alone with my 6 month baby ..the total journey will be about 16 hours and I am confused as to how many botttles to carry how many meals to give as he is on baby rice cereal .. do I bring a separate bottle for each feeding .. like 6 to 8 bottles ..how to schedule his meals .. etc..any tips or information would be of great help
