Green and yellow poo š

hello there my little one is 8 weeks old and 2 weeks ago I had to change his milk for sma gold to aptimal he loves the new milk but I don't think it agreeing with him as he was constipated for the first week witch was expected but now he is going once a day he still seem trouble by it but not his poo is a funny colour of green and yellow I was wondering if any one eles has had thisĀ

It can be a result of the formula Ā (certain ingredients turn the stools green ). Keep persevering for another week, if it doesn't settle down then speak with HV/GP.
