Dry skin

Has any1s baby had dry patches like this? My son is 10months old ive been given dermol which made it worse ,i used aveeno an it went abit better then came back,the doctor said it was dermatais gave me epaderm which cleared it up an now its gone worse.If any1 has any suggestions would be greatful am going back doctors next week
