Do I have another???

I'm 35 and have a 2-1/2 year old son my partner is 45 and has a 10 year old son from a previous marriage. We are getting married next year but have had a conversation that we like the idea of having another Baby. I always thought that was it. Not I'm all emotional and confused as to what to do. Why am I feeling like this please help??
