Have I damaged babys hearing

i need a bit of advice if anyone can help, I accidentally turned the car radio up too loud in the car with my 4 week old baby in the back. It was for a split second and a loud burst. I'm really worried I've damaged my baby's hearing

does anyone have any advice? She's too little to be responsive to sounds at the moment. Is there any way I can check her hearing responsiveness.

also does anyone know if the doctor checks their hearing again at their 6 week check?
