What is this rash on my babies face?

hiiii guys so my 10 week old baby has some kind of rash on his face? Well I think it is anyways. If anyones baby's have ever had this before could you please tell me what it was and what u did to treat it!!  is formula fed not breast fed and he's had for the past week or so!! many thanks
