  • Hi ladies

Charlie has just started to roll over and he can sit unaided for about 1 minute but he is very vocal and says dada and mama.

He weighs 21lb maybe because he won’t stop eating.  He’s on 5 meals with dessert after 2 and 2 bottles.  He loves his grub.

He sleeps very well from 7pm to 8am I’m sure he would sleep longer but with the school to do he has to get up.

i have him booked into nursery 1 day a week starting at the end of June and I’m starting back to work the second week of July.  I really don’t want to go back.

Sadly I had a miscarriage in March but we’re going to keep trying for baby no 3

  • Hey

its lovely to come on every now and then and see how well your babies are doing!!

Jesse Now weighs 19lbs! He’s a chunky Boy! We’re currently doing a dairy free diet for suspected cmpa, gettjng Him to drink the new milk was a challenge but finally we have managed it!!

Jesses blood pressure shot up high again, monday so has had a medication increase. We See the specialist on Friday finally 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Praying for some investigations into why it’s high to begin.

He also had his heart echo last week and only has a very small hole now so not another scan for a year.

  • Hi ladies

Hope you and your lovelies are all well :) Some very cute pictures!

KDaisy - I'm sorry to hear your news and my thoughts and wishes are with you for your rainbow baby xx

I can't believe Sam will be 6 months old on Thursday! The time is absolutely flying by.

I've been doing some "Keep In Touch" days at work and have real mixed emotions - I miss the boy, but enjoy the mental stimulation of being back at work.

Sam is an absolute joy and everyone that meets him loves him. He's such a charmer! We have been having fun with weaning (love Ella's Kitchen pouches and melty puffs!) and have started swimming lessons. It seems as though he takes after me as he's a total chatterbox!

It has been such a quick and magical 6 months and I bet we will be thinking about their 1st birthdays before we know it!

  • Wow ladies our babies are growing up so fast 😟 I was at my work yesterday arranging when I'm going back. Decided on 2.5 days for now, back in August. The thought of it is so sad it's getting me really down and I work in a nursery, made worse by the fact they are making me change rooms to now work in babies. I know I will be so upset leaving Luke to be with other people's babies so I'm going to try and find another job👎🏽

Kdaisy I'm really sorry to hear that, I hope you are ok and you have some positive news again soon xx

Luke is doing fab he's just such a cheeky monkey he's generally such a happy boy I feel so lucky! Although I'm now anticipating a naughty toddler 😂 He's absolutely loving his scran. He gets so angry when other people are eating and he's not he proper growls at me🙈Funny though. Glad he seems to like everything so far!

We have our friends wedding in Cyprus in September which I'm looking forward to but realise it won't be my usual relaxing cocktail sipping holiday😁Hopefully still be lovely though!

Luke doesnt have any teeth yet but I'm really hopeful he will have one soon as his sleep has been off recently he's been moaning in his sleep a lot during the night and pretty restless. He'd stopped feeding through the night for a while but is back on the boob but not sure if it's comfort/growth spurt. (Jodie I was told they don't need calories through the night so tried not feeding Luke one night and he slept through after that, worth a try! Until the next phase Haha 😁)

  • Hi everyone, how are you and your babies doing? We do hope all is well and we would love to hear from you.

We were wondering, can you help with these threads?

This new mums baby is 3 months and screams and screams when laid down. Sound familiar? Her thread is here.

Another new mum has a 5 week old, and she wants to know whether to move her baby to her own room, and about night routines. Any wise words?

And finally, can you add to these tips for new mums: any advice you would pass along?

We'd love to see and hear how your babies are doing - please let us know.

    Hello everyone!

Im not sure if Im doing this right but I thought I’d jump on the band wagon (a little late) with my little girl who is an October 2017 baby!

Mia was born on the 13th October at 23.55pm in theatre with forceps after an induced labour at 40 weeks, 7lb 8ozs.

She is now just over 7.5 months old and is such a happy little thing! 3 teeth now with another working it’s way down and she’s coping so well!

Just thought it would be good to see what other babies her age are doing!

    Xx

  • imagethis is jace now he's a chubby little monkey compared to the 7lbs6oz baby I gave birth too, he's rolling everywhere any chance he gets, no teeth yet though, he's such a happy boy until he's Hungry then you'd think the world is ending lol 7and a half months old now where does the time go x

  • I love the name Jace, we couldn’t decide on a boys name so good job she was a girl! 😂

Mia is also very chubby! Her arms and legs are right porkers. She needs to start crawling to even it all out a bit haha!

As for the time it’s crazy. Doesn’t seem 5 mins since I was pregnant, it really does go so quick! X

  • image Aayla 7 months old! They are growing quick!

This is Austin. He was 8 months old yesterday! Has 6 teeth already & feels like he's growing so fast everyday.

Hes such a smiley happy baby I feel truly blessed.

I go back to work in September so I'm going to try & make the most of the summer. We're going on holiday end of July to Italy.

Time needs to slow down its going too fast. I've bedn getting out to lots of baby groups including baby sensory which have been fab but feel like I'm only starting to relax into motherhood just now.

    Hope you are all good.

  • Good morning.

Hope everyone is  well. Is anyone else suffering the crawling/climbing phase. Harry pulls himself up on everything and walks along. It is so lovely watching Harry get about. But by God he is everywhere. At the moment he will not go in his jumperoo/chair to sit for a few minutes  just whilst I make tea etc.  He just wants to be on his feet all day when he is awake! Yesterday I gave up and put all his toys in the hallway, shut the doors and sat there to have my lunch lol it was the only place he can' get everything and I could just leave him to it. Contemplating Turning my living room into soft play.

Apart from this he is lovely and I'm dreading going back to work At the end of next month :-(

    Hi ladies

    how are you all doing

Charlie is coming on leaps and bounds he has 2 teeth which came through together.

he weighs 26 lbs and is a wee chub and loves his food we are down to 1 bottle a day.  He is constantly eating.

he came sit up and can get into the crawling position just waiting for him to take off.  He can stand if he is supported.

He is such a happy boy and very easy going he will only cry if something really annoys him.

Charlie sleeps 7pm-8am which is what his brother used to do at the same age.

Im back to work on Friday and I’m absolutely dreading it.  Charlie is in nursery 1 day a week and he loves it which does make things easier.

We’re still trying for baby no3 which has been hard but we’re still hopeful it will happen soon.

We live on a farm so Charlie is surrounded by cows and calves and he loves going to silage with daddy even for a quick visit.  His older brother Harry is on the fame everyday after school and now he’s on his summer holidays he is attached to his daddies hip lol .

  • Hello everyone, we just wanted to drop you a line, as we’re sure you know all too well, October is around the corner, which means your baby is likely to be turning 1 very soon (if they haven’t already) Hooray!
