Baby 3 weeks old..partner want to have night out with friends once a week

I am really struggling at the min as my little boy is only 3 weeks old and we are still establishing a routine. My partner is out of the house 13 hours a day and has now insisted that he goes out with his friends every wed after work to the cinema and for a afew beers meaning he won't be back until 1130/ midnight. This makes it a hell.of a long day for me..mixed with lack of sleep too. Am I being unreasonable asking him to wait til baby is a little older before going out every week?
