5 month old hitting him self!?

my Son is 5months And 2 weeks old and for the past week, if you leave him to sit in his bouncer for a couple of minutes he starts hitting him self in the head, face, stomach, legs...if you have him in your knee while watching tv he hits himself or will hit you anywhere he can reach, what is this about? help!

I think maybe his just getting usto using his hands and going wild with them it shouldn’t last long as he will realise him hitting himself will hurt and will hopefully stop but if it carries on and get worse you should take him doctors just to be safe
