My newborn won't nap!

I have a 2month old daughter and I'm finding it extremely hard getting her to take a single nap. I have a 2yr old son and can't find any time to get her into a routine of napping, spent time with him and deal with his demands . He is very active and always wants me to play or go out and about. With a grumpy over tired newborn this is extremely difficult and effecting us both.
Does any 1 have any advice. I need help!?

Have you tried baby wearing with her? If she is content in a carrier then that leaves your hands free to tend to your toddler and hopefully she might feel settled enough to fall asleep if she on you.... it’s not a long term solution obviously but might help in the short term and get a napping routine established
