Lip tie?

Hi, my baby is 19 weeks old. when he was born we were told he had tongue tie. Today ive noticed what i believe to be lip tie. Has anyones child ever have lip tie or had tongue tie and lip tie together? Does this look like lip tie? i will he taking him to the doctors for a professionals opinion as soon As i can but with christmas time its diffucult at the moment. Thank you in advance X
