Teething??

does this look like he could be teething? Hes 11 and a half weeks old and seems a little too soon for teething. i know babies drool and suck on hands around this age but hes been not eating much and is rubbing his hands in his mouth and on his cheeks. Hes fussy and chews and bites on my hand and finger thru the day. What do you think? The first picture is from a couple days ago and the two after are from
