Bald spot on head

Hi, our newborn (4 months) has a bit patchy bald spot on her head. It is also a bit red and a bit flaky too. Can't anyone advise about what this could possibly be? Will the hair grow there? Can we treat it somehow? It's from the day she was born. Thank you for all hints and help.
