Scab/dry rash on baby’s face
I will be attaching a photo for reference, but I am wondering if anybody has delt with this sort of dry rash/almost scab on their babies face right near their mouth. If so, what has helped?
My 11 month old’s pediatrician assumes it is eczema but nothing she recommended so far has helped (humidifier, oilatum, vanicream, aquafor, etc)
they seem to help out with the dryness temporarily but she always ends up with this strange little patch that just refuses to go away. Any suggestions appreciated!!
