Grumpy baby

Hi so my son is 11 weeks old and has been unhappy pretty much the whole time. There's been maybe a week of not being unhappy. We get lots of smiles in the morning then it just goes down hill until bath time. He's on anti reflux milk. Just don't know what to do with him. I cuddle him, he cries, I lay him down he cries, I put him in his bouncer he cries. He doesn't sleep much during the day and constantly has his hand in his mouth. Most of the time he sleeps OK during the night since being on the anti reflux milk but last night he was up twice for a feed. Just don't know what to do and I'm hating motherhood atm.
