Are these teeth?

My 6 month old has 2 bumps on her gums and I'm sure they feel a bit pointy so could these be teeth? It just seems strange for them to appear here first but I noticed these 2 areas swollen 2 weeks ago and now I can actually see something there. I can see 2 little white lines where her front 2 teeth are but that hasn't changed for months now.
