i AM TRYING CONTROLLED CRYING FOR THE FIRST TIME AND MY LO IS GETTING INTO A RIGHT STATE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO- SHOULD I KEEP TO THE ROUTINE OR START WITH ONE MINUTE AGAIN

HELP I HATE HIM CRYING LIKE THIS BUT CAN'T GO ON THE WAY WE WERE

DO I LIFT HIM OUT???

    NOOOOO. lol. dont lift him out or you're back to square one. you've started now so you'd kick yourself if you went back on it. eventually he'll tire himself out and fall asleep and you'll start to relax again. it will probably get worse before it gets better, but just remember he's not coming to any arm, he could cry until the cows come home and still wake up in the morning with a huge beaming smile for you i promise! be strong, its well worth it xx
