Have you tried putting your LO in the sleeping bag in the day - I would put my DD in her sleeping bag when we were having cuddles downstairs so she would get used to it, and I also put it underneath her when she was sleeping swaddled, so that it got her smell on it. Hopefully that will help. We didn't have too many problems transitioning, but then I did it at 2 weeks so that might be why.
