Skype & Paypal so p*ssed off

I just went to check my email and found two from paypal conferming paymets to skype each on for 50 EU the thing is i never made either of these paymen, iv been onto paypal and and they have told me need to file a dispute and they will try and work it out, they will then contact skype for details and if they find in my favour i will get my money back there is no contact number for skype so i cant call them, i would like to know how it happend as my skype is in no way conected to my paypal and i went onto my skype account and my balance is ??0.
