Hi,
Did anyone read 'birth skils' by Juju Sundin before they gave birth? If so did it help? Did you use stress balls?

thanks! the stress balls are for focusing etc. i am only half way through and like the ideas. I don't mind what I end up having to have done as long as all ends well!! x
