The photo you want to post has to be online first, not just stored on your computer. This is how posting pics works if the pic you want to add to a thread is already on Facebook:
1) Right click on the pic you want to add and go to "properties"
2) Copy the URL address that starts http and ends in .jpg (it's long)
4) Paste this into your BE reply
3) Highlight this link and click the Img button once
4) Submit post as normal.
(I'm not 100% certain how it works for other online photo sharing sites but I think you follow the same steps.)
Hope this helps.

Found them from brandollarz. Look forward to seeing photos!
'make yourself an account on photobucket (its quick)
click on 'my albums' on photobucket
click on choose files next to the box on the right (your best off changing the size bar under the box to medium or large)
When its uploaded there will be a pg that says add titles descriptions and tags. I usually put a title in then go to skip this step now and it will still save the title of your pic
then it wil take you bk to the same pg with you picture underneath
click the direct link (you only need to do this once) and it will say 'copied'
come bk to the BE pg and reply to a post
you then need to click the img box up the top there ^
without leaving a space right click on ur mouse and choose paste
click on the img button again without leaving a space from your text

Trying to conceive with PCOS.
Hi, I hope I’m posting this in the right place. I’m new to this so bare with me 🙈. Background - I was diagnosed with PCOS a little over a year ago and have been trying to conceive for just over 2 years. I have been to fertility appointments who haven’t found any additional problems (e.g. hcg scan came back clear) and my partners tests were all ok. I understand weight is a big factor with PCOS and I have lost 10% of my body weight as recommended and keep trying to loose more. The more time goes on the more deflated and useless I feel. Each time I get excited thinking it might be my time then I get a false test 🤦♀️ The fertility appointments are far apart and the months in between each one just seem longer and longer. I was was wondering if anyone had been through similar experiences and have any advice? I have also read online that ovulation sticks don’t always work for women with PCOS. Anyone have any advice on this? Thank you for taking the time to read this. x
