Miami & NY taxi car seats

Hello, has anyone been to Miami or new York who can recommend (or even just confirm the existence of) a taxi cab business who provide baby car seats. I've read they do but having contacted a few they don't seem to have baby seats. Were going over next April when lo will be 11 mths, for our honeymoon.
