sleep walking!!!

hi my lo is twisting and turning in his sleep, (6 1/2 mounths) he's normally a great sleeper but lately he wakes up at 2-3 o clock bang on everynite he teething pretty bad and nothing is working!! he's a good humoured baby alway's happy so i'm realy upset as i cant do nothing for him.. please help!!!!!!!
