Green tea tablets

Hi there
Ive been taking green tea tablets for the past 5 days and stupidly missed the bit that said not recommended for pregnant or lactating (dont you hate that word!) women.
Im still breastfeeding but just wondered if anyone else takes these and if ok to continue??
