diarrohea???
this may sounds like a stupid question - but how do you know if a baby has diarrohea (sp?) as the consistency of their poo is hardly solid at the best of times... my lo has pooed loads today and (apoligies if tmi) but the sound it makes when he goes is kind of how diarrohea sounds... also he is quite unsettled and very hungry!
Could this be what i suspect and if so what may have caused it? is it something that will pass or should I speak to my HV? I am bf'ing so could it be a bad reaction to something I have eaten?

how old is your lo?
the idea that bf babies dont get tummy bugs the same as bottle fed babies as they get antibodies from you, but that doesnt mean they cant be ill.
the fact he is hungry could be a grown spurt, so dont worry to much about that.
is he holding his legs up as if he could have tummy ache?
sick?
see if he settles, but otherwise maybe a trip to your gp........????
