feel like im not coping

Hi, my lo is coming up to 15 mths now n she is so bloody hard work! I do get out with her babygroups etc. My prob is I can't walk properly anymore (neurologiCal probs).so I rely on my car instead of taking her out in the pram. Nappy changing is hideous she kicks n screams to get up n I'm so hormonal at the mo n feel like I'm not coping all I do is snap at her then cry cus I feel so guilty.. Don't know what to do
