I worked out that i've have tp pay back about ??3000 if I dont go back...........you get to get the forst 6 weeks full pay and the statatory maternity pay but pay back anything extra. In schools you have to do the equivelent of a term full time.
i work in a nusery school and won't be going back till aug term starts (im in scotland) but really don't want to go back at all Have been in for visits and the atmosphere is crap, the heads are on a power trip all the time and so many changes that i don't agree with have happened allready since i left in sep, that it wont be the same job when i go back Wish you the best of luck with getting new job, love fiona and hayden 13wk
