  i ran her carton out just before she turned 1, my lo was having 2 bottles a day and i was using cows milk is her food so was a easy transition x also spoke to my hv and asked about follow on milk ( 1yr+) and she said if you feeding them 3 varied meals aday then cows milk is more than perfect x
