Mum tums!

Hi everyone, just wondered if anyone had any tips or exercises to get rid of my mum tum or to improve it a little! I have a gym ball so I try to do sit ups with it everyday, but need more ideas on exercises to do! Thanks x

    I have heard really good things about pilates, esp. if there is any muscles seperation. Haven't got round to trying it myself yet though!
  • baby2body dvd is fab definate results in 3 weeks hurray its all about oblique twists (get in normal sit up position then put one leg over the other like ur crossing ur legs to sit down, then twist if ur left leg is on top twist left as you do ur sit up its hard work make sure your breathing properly i.e out on the effort xxxxxxx
