i actually feel rediculous for asking this but i dont know why as i have no idea...

can i give a 9 1/2month old curry? obviously not a spicy one, just like a very mild korma? are the spices bad for babies? i dread to think what her nappies would be like the next day (lol) but she is starting to eat pretty much whatever me and OH are having.... what do you girls think?

I think so although i never eat curry myself you can buy the heinz ones so i shouldnt see any reason why not apart from nut allegys cos they dont advice anything with nuts in till 1 xx

Oh def if you make it yourself then you know whats in it. HV always says to me give lo what we eat so im sure it wont hurt her and the more things they try the better i think x
